Here around
The farmhouse is five mins driving (or 20 mins walking) from both the villages of Castellina Marittima and Pomaia. The former is enjoyable for its stunning landscape, the Alabaster Tradition (and museum), and all the facilities you need: bank, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants. The latter is mainly famous for the Lama Zhong Kapa Monastery and Institute that represents one of the largest location in Europe for the study and the practising of Buddhism.
